LOGON SCREEN

At the login screen you will be shown two fields - Customer number and Password - in which to enter your customer details.  Your customer number is always shown on any invoice received from us and its format is always five letters followed by three numbers (e.g. CMABC123).  and your password is an eight digit code supplied by us.  Please enter these details and click on the Log In button.

If you have lost your login details, please send an email to IT@Cardmix.co.uk and we will contact you with this information.

SERVICES AVAILABLE

Please select one of the services available on-line, which are the following:

On-line Store: It gives you the ability to browse all our current products, place orders and check stock availability.  Please note that stock figures are updated automatically every half a second.

Order Status: It enables you to check the status of any orders placed.

Account Info: It allows you to display the following details:

              
I.     
Address
            
II.     
Outstanding invoices
           
III.     
Account statement
          
IV.     
Settled Invoices

ON-LINE STORE

At the welcome screen, please click on the link which states #Woodmansterne Online# to reach the Product Catalogue. 

Navigation
Please click on one of the words available on the left hand side of the screen - Top Sellers, New Products or Full List - to select what you want to see. 

Then, further options are displayed, which are designed to help you to determine more precisely what you want to see. If you want to go back to a previous selection of products, all of the previous choices you have navigated through will be on the left hand side of the screen.  You can click on any of these options if you back to jump somewhere else rather than undoing the sequence followed to get where you are.  For example, if you are viewing the Blank V&A Page 1 and wished to see Christmas products, you should click on the #Full List# option which would take you back several steps. 

Catalogue Page
When you are actually seeing a page of the catalogue, you can perform a number of tasks:

Seeing Pictures
If you would like to see a larger image of a product, click on the small picture to reach a screen that displays a larger image.  Click on List to go back.  However, if you prefer to continue seeing all the large images of the small pictures displayed on this page of the catalogue, you can do so by clicking on the buttons Next and Prev (for Previous).

Ordering
To place an order, you need to perform 4 simple tasks.  First, you pre-select what you would like to purchase.  Second, you check the delivery date and the quantities to be purchased.  Third, you check stock availability and the total of your order.  Finally, you confirm that you wish to place the order.

 (a)      To pre-select the products that you may end up purchasing, click on the trolley that you can see on the right hand side of the list price of each one of the products.  When you click on the trolley, the icon changes colour to let you know that you have placed the product in the shopping basket.

You can also place products in the shopping basket by clicking on the Add to Basket button that you can see when you are viewing the larger image of a product.  

(b)      To view all the pre-selected products, please click on the View Basket button located on the top right hand corner of the screen.

Once you reach the shopping basket screen, you see all the products that you have pre-selected.  Here, you can alter the delivery date to reflect that day in which you want us to ship the order.  You can also alter the quantity of trade units that you are going to order.  If you do not want to order a product, you have to press the button delete, which is located at the right hand side of the screen.

After any alteration, you must click on the Update button before attempting to proceed.  Otherwise, your changes would be ignored.

 (c)      When you are happy with the pre-selected goods, please click on the Proceed button to reach the screen that allows you to check the availability dates of each product and your cost.  This is the last opportunity to go back and change anything or to continue shopping - using the View Basket or the Back to Shop buttons located on the top right hand corner # before confirming that you really wish to place the order.   

 (d)      Please click on the Confirm button to place the order.
